I want to wish all my fellow stampers a very Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year. I hope to find myself in my craftroom very soon, our house is finally finished and my cleaning lady has help me put my crafty space back together. Although I am having a tuff time finding all my goodies and lots of things like my cs and dsp somehow got ruined during this time, but I will get it all back together soon..I find this xmas eve to be sad, I have been thinking of my dad, and for whatever reason my husband is somewhat insensitive to my broken heart. I find that he seems to think I am the insensitive one but I love him anyway..Oh well God Bless you all.......

Well well here I am.. Just got back from an awesome vacation Panama City Beach but we were in a place called Seagrove, beautiful isn't the word for it. How do these people afford these homes, it is just a fantay I keep telling myself. But the purpose for writing is, no excuse just life..I truley hope to get my craftroom put back together so that I can create some cards. I have never stopped just made them when I needed them, and everyone says why don't you sell those? I just don't know yet. But I love making them and hope to get back to work. Well the health is much better, mentally and physically. I can see the sun beginning to shine. I also got a new toy to play with a cricut imagine. Thanks to my wonderful hubby. I'm so sorry but I guess it is so. I have had to take quite the break, as I do play in my craftroom daily and I miss the fact that I have still never got quite as involved as I have always wanted to. The future is looking bright and maybe a little more heart can be given to being the cardmaker that I truley know that I am. Please be patient because I haven't given up, so don't give up on me, I am still here and I play daily staying up with whats current and keeping supplies current, maybe I come back wide open and blow this blog out, hehe. Sorry for being so slack again, I have had a couple of elected surgeries so yay and ugggggh, the pain is tremendous but my chest looks awesome, so yes I got a couple of twins for one surgery (breast augmentation) and I love them, be glad when its healed up. I haven't had the energy to even be my ole OCD self. But today, I have had it up to my eyeballs, why is it when mom is sick, all the help still seems to depend on you? What happen to hey I'll do those dishes or hey I'll get the kids some dinner? Not here, grass up to the hips, dust in the house so thick you can spell youor name on the furniture, wow now I need a vacation. God give me the strength I need to maintain a healthy mind. I hope to be back on track soon, I do miss crafting to badly, just never seems to be time for any fun around here..God Bless you all and have a wonderful weekend...

I cased this basket from watching GinaK, just different paper and other change up but the design is the same and I just love it!!! I think its the cutest thing ever and can be used for so many things. I used my oval nesties as well as scalloped, blue pearls and ginak flower and butterflies I used my hole punch and put a chain in the scallop oval it adds a very nice touch to it. My dsp is from makingmemories and the cs is from stampin up For some reason I deleted a pic of the basket with the chin hanging in the front sorry. Hope you still like it.

Welp, folks got one little cutie down. Man I just hate that it takes me foreva to make a card, whats wrong with me? I adore my crafty hobby and the joy of giving them is amazing, but for some reason with all the resources out there, I'm still slow as ever. But yea for me I have one today and another but its just needin a little touch of somethin but anyways its not finished I colored this using my copics and white gel pen made some flowers added ribbon button and did some ruffing up on the edges and shes done its a happy birthday card, love it.

Sorry thiings are not like they should be, I am not in my hometown at this time, if you have followed my blog you may have remembered I lost my Dad to CA in June 2009. Over the weekend we had to drive to Atlanta asap, my Dads baby brother whom I'm also very close to is in Cardiac ICU, on lifesupport, and there isn't any light at the end of the tunnel, well, here on earth for him theres no light, but the Good Lord is all lit up for him. Prayers are needed..God Bless to all. I just don't like getting older, I have lost so many family members its just so depressing, I guess I'm being selfish, but I want all my family with me, I love them so much..I will update again after I return home..

Some love in the craftroom

Got in my craftroom today and cleaned, gosh its so hard dusting all the goods in my craftroom, there is just so much stuff. I have to say for the time being its finally more organized and useful at this time, how do we get our craft spaces such an aweful mess, ugh. Got a few projects done this past week, and oh my gosh it looked like a bomb went off in my craftyspace. it took me all day to clean, enough about it huh,spring cleaning I guess but it could still use some more sweat in there, oh well. On to the cards, with all the homelife stuff and kids, again I didn't keep up with all the deets, I have used a combination of things such as, stampin cs and stamps, ginak dsp and stamps,bling and ribbon, a charm, cricuit which is the matching envelope and scalloped card (cute) I think I used the wild card cartridge.Inks are memento and stampinup as well as my copics(I Love Them), but maybe since I got my craftroom out of such a mess, I will have more time for deets, again forgive me,well here are my projects I so hope you enjoy and get some inspiration from my blog. Oh and I do love the shabbychic kinda look of making my own flowers..God Bless

It has been so pretty here in Alabama this weekend, makes me wat to get out in the yard and start working on my flowerbed..Those of you who have followed my blog knows how much I Love my Flowergarden..Well, I have alot of work ahead of me, we have had the city hooking our neighborhood for the last 3 1/2 months and not only has it been a terrible muddy mess to deal with they have torn each and everyones yard to heck and back, so my beautiful flowerbed is a total disaster and Im dyng to get in there and fix it all back. I fully intend on turning alot of the more expensive plants into the city so that they can replace them, shame, all that hard work and sweat. But I hope to have it even better than before, because we also had the three large trees taken down that reeked havic on most of my plants, not letting them have all their glory due to lack of sunshine, so just maybe its all for the good, we shall see. Onto papermaking I do have a couple of cards and hope to have them on my blog within a couple of days so sorry for the delays. Here it is already Valentine's, oh my gosh, I feel like I just took the Christmas tree downn..I have been working in my craftroom for three or four days now, I got a couple of projects going almost through, been making my hunnys valentine card as well, and I love it so far, I saw the envelope card for my hunny, I saw on another blog but its all different and plus I put this one together. But anyway, i have been working hard so I'll have some pics to post hopefully by Saturday. Come back and see maybe you'll be inspired in some way and get your on stamping addiction.For my Valentines Day my husband gave me earrings and they are beautiful diamonds(solitare ath that), we started dating right before valentines day, so its special to us, I also got flowers and such a cute little bear, and on another note, I guess this would be both our valentines, we have a presidential suite with jacuzz, so wouldn't ya think that would be a 2 for 1....Can't wait I love my husband so much!!!God Bless folks oh yeah Alabama got lots of snow todayat least 4" or more

I just know my camera cannot do my cards any justice. I hate the color, but still want to update my blog so here goes good work and sad photography, just coming up with some peaceful, clean, pleasing to the eyes kind of cards. I let dsp. do the work on a couple of these as well as punches, and a simple technique of sponging, I even made one of those little totes with candy in it I been seeing on other blogs. Well it has just been so cloudy here and judging by my last photos, I have got to wait for a sunny day the quality was terrible, I was absolutely dissatisfied with how they turned out. I got three cards finished for now and one in the works, but for my own benefit for the full glory of my photo I gots to have some sunshine if I see to many days are coming without the sun, I'll try to see what I can work out but I want take forever to get my cards loaded.Hey ya'll send me some sunshine:) God Bless..

Grandbabies and that word fits so wonderfully, because they are Grand..My son and his fiance' soon to be wife, my 11 year old daughter, I adore these photos and hope you will enjoy them. on the card its super cloudy here today and my camera is giving me terrible results I so need to invest in a light booth or whatever you call them. My card is copic colored although I did not keep my pens out to give the colors I used, sorry, I will remember next time. I used memento black to stamp my image added flower, stickles, gold rhinestones. I used stampinup cs and ginak dsp., ribbon from my stash sorry to not have deets on the card more precise, but like I said I will remember next time.. Have a blessed day..

Wonderful Blessed Wishes to all in this New Year of 2010...I know I got a fabulous start into my New Year which will bring me into the cardmaking world with a bang all I'm waiting on is my COPICS, and they will be arriving tomorrow, oh I'm so excited, I have gotten all my stamps from StampTV, now I have to cut them all out, no biggy, just can't wait to start playing. I absolutely got to get my craft room in order it is so unorganized so thats a major priority, I have things that I have forgotten about, because their just not accessible, out of sight out of mind and I totally plan on fixin this. Oh my goodness, I got so many goodies coming, I'm not gonna know where to began, I have been so sluggish due to so many things going on and now there just isn't gonna be no excuse for not making up some beautiful card creations. Hello my blogging friends well as soon as the new year starts this blog is gonna be on the roll, I am now a copic (288 total count in colors),stampin up everything kinda crafter, new printer(from my loving hubby)..Oh yeah, I got the goods to play now and be the artist that I know that I can be..I'm so very proud of being able to finally have the goods. it just makes going in my craft room a have to now. But, seriously, after the 1st of the year gonna finish gettin my craftroom in order for working hard in now I got to get shelving for my goods and get some organing going on so I can see what I have to work with, so much goods..Wowzee wow wow. Its just insane to know that I finally have what I have wanted so badly, and now I can start getting those stamps that I been wanting so badly as well, and there are lots of those,whiff of joy, lots of ginak etc. etc. oh my gosh,. personal problems at home

Well I've been on a family vacation to the Smokie mountains of Gatlinburg. loved it and have had lots and lots of time that has beencompletely focused on one thing, our 14 year old son. We are just at our wits end with him, and its nothing new, its just consistently gotten worse, the lies, disrespect,laziness, and the nondesire to be a productive humanbeing is just at its worse. It has completely disrupted our home and is unfair to the other children, its like living in a nightmare. We just our son back. But thats whats going on here. I just don't have the energy or the time to show my craft room love..say a big prayer for our family and I hopes to be back soon.I do take the time to check out those awesome blogs and keep up with whats going on, they keep me sane.. Oh so now my stupid usb cable will not transfer my pics to my computer, whats gonna happen next???!!! I have got what I think is such a beautiful card made for a lady that gave my daughter a lemon tree, the story is, my daughter Hannah absolutely loves lemons eats them everyday, no kidding everyday..she loves them sliced with salt added. The kind lady that gave her the tree owns a small veggie and fruit market by our house,they grow most of everything they sell during the spring and summer months, I love going in there for fresh veggies and fruits and adore their flowers which they grow as well..They will not be reading my blog, but Thank You so much for everything, such a sweet and kind christian family..again so sorry for no card, God Bless you all

My dearest friends I have told you over the past few months about all of my ailments and continued to tell you about my ailments. I hate all the sickness that I've had to deal with, my craft room has been played in very little and then I lost my Dad which through me into a mental depression ( I have BipolarII Dz) which affects 99.99%, but hope to be back on track very soon. I have such a supportive family, my husband has endured so very much in this last year and half. I also have to boys 14 with ADD and a 10 yeaR old with ADHD pretty bad, as well as my 10 year old daughter who has spinabifida, so I have a great deal on my plate, which doesn't leave a whole lot of extra time, but I do see the sunshine following closely behind me now. As the song goes, I can see clearly now that the rain is gone. Well, I'm excited about getting back into my craft room and thanks to my handy computer have been able to keep up with the papercraft world. I adore makin cards, and play some now,just haven't finished anything worth posting, or not in my eyes anyway. Your prayers are needed and I hope to be back in full swing very very soon, I'm planning on being with the Big girls with lots of followers, and lots of ideas, soon very soon..Thanks for any who have listen and God Bless to all

October is Spina Bifida Awareness Month

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have such a special BLESSING from God, my 10 year old daughter Hannah, the picture is an old one every since my computer messed up I couldn't find a more recent one so this is a very old pic and no theres nothing wrong with her foot the pic caught it just as her shoe was about to fall off, if I could have found my usb cable that my 14 yr old borrowed I could have downloaded something a little more previous, anyway Hannah was born with SpinaBifida, she has 2 shunts one in her head and one in her spine, Hannah can feel all the way down to the bottom of her feet although she does have most of the compications that follow with a neuraltube defect (the spine doesn't fuse at birth) Hannah actually has what is called a myelomeningeocele ( a very severe form), we have been so blessed Hannah has not suffered from infections of the kidneys only 2 so far, and has not had but 3 surgeries when it comes to the shunts, I am always so afraid that something will or could happen, but I have given all my fears of these things to the Lord way before now, I completely trust my Lord and love Him with all I am..Just wanted to drop this little note and for Bekhah God Bless You Baby!!!! Today is my Dads B'day, and the Heavens is pouring out the rain, its just a really sad day for me today. I miss my Dad so much, its only been a short time since his passing and my heart still aches so bad. Yes, I do have cards, its just with school starting and getting pre ready has me completely physically and mentally exausted..Gosh, there is just so much to do, seems like back in my day, things weren't so cotton pickin complicated and EXPENSIVE, wow what a chunk the schools get, and they seem to suffer most in our econonmy, and thats a peer oh de shame, Schools and teachers are our FUTURE!!!! Todays thank you card is from Inkadinkado, all except the inside sentiment which is from Hero Arts, I used stazon ink to stamp the thank you as well as the inside sentiment, the image behind it is stamped with memento blushpink, on the layers which they are stamped I took my cuttlebug folder and embossed only the corners, neat huh, I know anyone can do that, but hey its a first for me, and I love how it turned out, I sponged all the edges,on the border across my card I also added corner sashes from my cuttlebug as well and added silver brads, oh yes and my pretty little prima flowers also have a brad with an orange color to match the dsp and added some pearls also from paperstudio.. I just love this card and hope you enjoy it as well, have a BLESSED Day my friends..

My card today had alot of time put into it..not unusual for me takin alot of time, my image is inkadinkado, I sponged by base and used my brayer,for my clouds I hand cut me a masked and sponged, it turned out quite well I think..I embossed my sailboat layered it and on the lighthouse I colored with my stampin up markers and layered as well, tore some dsp. and added some seashells stamped with stazon and used my white gel pen to highlight with added my seagull and layered, I added a corner hodgepodge love it and a couple of brads, I hope ya love it to..God Bless

It just seems as if one thing after another keeps happening here, I really got busy and have so much to show off, well, guess what for some stupid reason I can't get my camera and computer to communicate..I am not electronic smart so I have no idea whats going on, and to top that the air conditioner is shot and its 100 degrees here in Alabama..Lord, please don't let anything else happen, the air alone is at a cost of $4,000, wowzie,I guess that means my stamps I want to order and inks are gonna have to be put on hold,sob,sob..I so wish somebody would grab me up and let me design for them so that I could do what I love most to do, STAMP BABY!!!! I would not disapoint. Oh well sorry to keep my blog such a bore,hope to have it goin again soon, I'm still checkin out everyones blogs and stay inspired by many..God Bless to all..Just a note, I miss my Dad terribly right now, its such a reality shock, he is no longer here in person,my heart aches so badly, sometimes I feel so broken without him now..Oh my, I love you Daddy and miss you so much!

Bitter sweet, but things are slowly going back to normal, I have been working in my craft room and I do have a couple of cards and also a small purse/file box that I have been working on as well, I will soon be back in action and I hope with full force, Im feelin so much better since I had my surgery as far as my stomach goes and time will heal my heavy heart. What a terribly sad day today, my Dad has passed away, he did not struggle, there was a sense of peace and calm. I will miss my Daddy terribly, after all, I was a Daddys baby, and that never changed. Just checking in here in the blog world, stayed at my Mom and Dads last nite can't leave my mom alone with my Dad being so sick anymore, so we have decided to do it in shifts kind of, we all want to be there at all times but it just becomes alot for my mom some times. So many dear friends want to come by and help, and their support is greatly appreciated, our nites have became long and our hearts are aching, sometimes Im sure my Mom just feels like passing out, and she just keeps on going, my Mother has always been the caregiver, the backbone, the strength in our family. Even now she wants to be the one to cook, the one to jump and do for everyone, Lord, I just don't know where it comes from, but I can tell you that I Love her and admire her more than she will ever know. Please just say a little prayer for my Dad, words cannot describe the sorrow our family feels right now..God Bless

Well I finally got a couple of cards to post, and man do I feel better...On the purple card I layered my butterflies so that they would be 3 dimensional the dsp I have had for ever so Im not sure about it, I do know that the butterfly is from inkadinkado, and the sentment is cut using my cricuit expressions added lots of bling and voila, on the other card I managed to put a little sewing onto and added a martha stewart thank you. I'm home, oh dear Jesus, thank you for seeing me through. Now to get on my feet, my Mom and my dear Dad, as well as my family, need me, mainly my Mom..It won't be long and i'll be up and at'em,not one to stay down long, of course except this past sickness, but Doc says, I'm good to go so we shall see.Hopefully good as new. I see wonderful and sad times ahead, if you haven't read my blog,my Father is very sick, he has lung cancer, I hope that I will be able to give a 100% of myself to see him through and to be strong for my mom, I love you Daddy and Mom so very much, and thank you for all you've done in my life and for so many others, I have seen my mom stretch where most break, such a strong women she is, I hope I am all she is, and I hope she remains strong through this with my Dad, I wish that one day her life would stop being so traumatic and demanding. This will not be the first family member that cancer has taken from us, in 1979, I loss a brother then 17 sick for 9 years to a brain tumor so yes my mother has been stretched, what a nightmare to even think of loosing one of my children, my mother never left my brothers side, but yet he was always there for us to, she was like superwoman to me now that I think back..So sorry to go over memories especially sad ones, but hey its my blog,(right) and I an't got no card, but I do have a surprise card that a very sweet stamping sister sent to me for my Dad and as soon as I can it will show its AWE soon, it should have a gallery of its on, I just find myself staring at it, stunning I think, just wait and see, well if you have read to this point, thank you for letting me share and God Bless to all..very very soon, back to the craft room my little piece of heaven on earth..

Hello my friends, oh how I wish I was @ home in my craft room playing with my pretties. On a second note I have been sick so long that it has really slowed me down when it comes to being creative, its just really hard to keep a clear and focused mind when your in lots of pain, seems to confuse the mojo if you know what I mean....So on to the subject, they resheduled my surgery which will be today @ lunch time, and yes I am a little nervous, but so ready @ the same time. The biggy for today and I do have a card made but didn't take pics because I had to hide it from my hubby, today is our Anniversary(did I spell that right???), what a way to celebrate,huh..Soon honey,soon..I am married to such a wonderful man, and I know everyone thinks that about their hubbies are @ least most do. My husband takes such good care of me and our children, I don't know what I would do without him or what I did before him, he is amazing,I adore you honey and Happy Anniversary, always supporting me,reassuring me, comforting, oh I could go on and on and on and on..I'll post later and let you all know how my surgery went today, again say a LITTLE PRAYER for me..God Bless

Well I got a cute one today, I'm still learning when it comes to coloring. I used my stampin up markers for this one white gel pen to highlight my little turtle friends cheek. I just love the look on the zebras face, kind of the way I been feelin since these gallbladder attacks, be glad when its all fixed up..My little zebra is from penny black the sentiment is from stampabilities. Well I did a little or should I say a big project card for me, I did one of those tri shuttle cards I found here http://craftiblog.wordpress.com/,not quite as beautiful as the one I copied but hey I did it and also messin around and made another. Well Im finally back and able to blog a little today, feelin somewhat better man have I eva beeen havin the test, is this what gettin old is all about,hope not, I got faith its got to be better. Oh well, I made 2 cards this time actually 3, but I kept waiting around for my internet service to get their problems fixed, and with running all over Birmingham, I didn't take a pic of the other card,shame on me, it was a gorgeous one, but my hunny needed it, so i let it go,I have had lots of those cards to get away without gettin a pic, and I also working on other things like the little box, I got me one of those deep cut blades for my cricut and it works, it started cutting,hate to say this, but I was about to get very frustrated with my cricut, the regular blades just don't cut mustard, maybe it was just mine who knows, but I like the deep cut blade it cuts almost to good at times but Im practicing so I can get all adjustments right for different papers, so Im gettin to where i want to incorporate it into my crafts now I need me a sewing machine, maybe my hubby will get me one, Ill have to hint around maybe a pixie saw it at walmart, and on a few peoples blog, like what I see, so we'll see, huh...Oh well heres the cards and I do hope you like them and you all have a blessed day, and all MOTHERS Happy Mothers Day

clean and simple

Well I finally got ya a card its cas the best kind..Although it looks all to simple trust me as much time was put into this card as I put into all my cards..I hate trying to get perfection. I have always had a tendency to complicate even the most simple things sometimes. I so love making cards, and its all worth the time, don't know what I would do if I didn't have me cards to play with. Well heres my little pretty. The main image is from flourishes and is stamped with stazon ink and then highlighted with memento inks, I used glossy accents on the wings with a touch of glitter the sentiment is from stampabilities and also is stamped with stazon ink, I added to yellow brads for the extra touch of color for the bee highlights, used my martha stewart lace punch a couple of times the inside also has a stamped flower from paperstudio, most of the time I do like to leave the inside of my cards blank so that I can write what I want to which ususually requires alot of room..Have a wonderful weekend and blessed wishes to all

Yes I know tomorrow became the next day and the next, Maybe the docs will get me fixed all back together again very soon, so I can be crafting and crafting and more crafting, well got to throw time in there for my veggie garden and my flower garden, oh yes, Im a veggie planter to, with all the colors that I am surrounded by, I should be ozzing of inspiration and lots of mojo, but as it stands right now, the only mojo I got is just gettin around, sad I say, just sad. Well I do have 2 cards and Im quite pleased that I finished them, just can't stand not having something going in my craft room, know what I mean? i used inkadinkado stamps and sentiments and lots of paperstudio and KandCompany(sweet), if you read my blog you will know that I so love paperstudio things expecially paper,on the ladybug card it didn't photograph as pretty as it is for real sorry, its looks like bad coloring, but its very pleasing to look at, I used memento inks andluscious white ribbon and a touch of celery sheer ribbon, and on the other card I used KandCompanyas well as paperstudio, I used my cricut expressions for my main focus image and used selfadhesive pearls to the corners,dyed some laccey ribbon to look old to match the paper and ink, i used the mrtha stewart lace borderpunch 4 times and layered, I just love the look,I ran my ribbon behind the inside card and layered on top of that to hide and made a hanging ribbon to tie with hodgepodge ware to make it interesting and more luxurious, I love the teal color which I used my cuttlebug on the strip behind the ribbon in all i just really like the cards and hope you will enjoy them as well, the flowers are just a couple out of the many in my flower bed..God Bless

Well I got me some dental work done and am somewhat out of pain, although they could not take care of the other problem tooth I swear, with all the money my mom had put in my teeth growing up that my teeth would be lookin good to this day but nope not mine, they look absolutely terrible I wants one of them pretty smiles that costs lots of money.. On that note don't you just think that its terrible that it cost so doggone much to have your teeth fixed, I mean, if your teeths bad so is your health, if your fortunate enough to have insurance and I do, makes me wonder why you pay for it because it stills costs out the butt. But you gotta do what you gotta do. No wonder you see all these people with bad teeth heck they can't afford it, and if they would quit givin state funds to illegal residents of the U.S. maybe they could afford to give insurance to the poor american people that deserve it, but, thats just my opinion on that one.. SO for my card as you can tell its not all spiffied up, its simple and just cute to me..I just ain't feelin well but I wanted to post somethin, cause I loves my craft stuff..This little stamp I picked up at a craft store by us, I want to say its a Clear Dollar Stamp but ain't to sure. I used my cuttlebug for my card base, I cut my card at 51/2x81/2 and then scored at 4.25, then I used my martha stewaet lace punch 3 times and layered them added some pearls from paperstudio some ribbon/offray, on my main image I made a corner sash out of a diecut from the cuttlebug and added pearls to that, its pretty basic today folks but I love sharing what I love to do, and the picture of my son who is 10 hes sitting on top of a dirt pile that we had delivered for our yard watching the birds eat, hes very in tune with nature and loves the flowers and the birds, I just love the way he looked and got this shot from my craft room and thought I would share it to..Thanks for stopping by,God Bless you all

Dental work

punched easter basket

I used my basket punch and an egg punch so that I could assemble this 3dimensional basket, its purpose is to use as a magnet for our fridge, I know easter is gone already but I know that this is not a new idea, but it is my first stamped magnet project, feeling pretty ok with it I decided to post it. No its far from perfection, it was one of those make and learn things, but I thought I would share it, hope ya think its ok there isn't any stampin involved except for around the basket, I punched the basket three times for the dimension and the magnet,punched my eggs with assorted dsp added the bling and used my scorpal for the textured effect on my basket added ribbon and there you have it a fridge magnet, I'm certain my 4 year old could make this but its always fun playing with my papercrafts and tools that I haven't used in a while oh I added a little glossy accents to some of the eggs as well...God Bless and hope you had a wonderful easter weekend

Oh my, when I got up this morning like every morning I go straight to the coffee pot, and to my surprise, my wonderful husband had me a little bit of easter, I can't imagine why Im so lucky to have such an awesome husband, this is not something that happens just on special occassions, he is always giving, he's the BEST, Happy Easter My Love!!! Well I did a bad thing today, I didn't get pics of my cute little box that I made for my sons teachers baby thank yous, oh and it was to cute, and I actually made a box that my cards all fit in, just can't believe I didn't take pics so sorry, but I did make another card, for a sweet little girl up the road whos having a cupcake b'day, they are new to the neighborhood, my daughter was invited to come so of course I had to make another card since I didn't have anything to a show on my completed project, so here it is the stamps are inkadinkado, I have had this for a little while and its was needing inked so bad,I stamped the main image twice, the layered image is embossed and colored with markers and glittered to look like a yummy cupcake, I think it looks quite yummy, I used papertudio cs, provo craft dsp, and martha stewart, added some polka dotted ribbon, inked the edges and dry embossed the Happy Birthday with my cuttlebug so there ya have it quite simple, hope ya like it, Have a blessed Easter to all..

Hello my friends, well as usual, the busy everyday stuff of a sahm has totally consumed any extra energy I might have had. I finally got my carpet in and I so love it, super nice THANKS MOM!!! Now my DH is finishing the bathroom tiles lovem, THANKS BABY for all you have done it looks gorgeous, oh me the busy life, such a job remodeling.. Oh well its all worth it. Lord, thank your for this sink of dirty dishes, we have plenty of food to eat.
Thanks you for this pile of dirty, stinky laundry; we have plenty of nice clothes to wear.
And I would like to thank you, Lord, for those unmade beds; they were so warm and comfortable last night. I know that many have no bed.
My thanks to you, Lord, for this bathroom, complete with all the splattered mirrors, soggy, grimy towels and dirty lavatory, they are so convenient.
Thank you for this finger-smudged refrigerator that needs cleaning. It has served us faithfully for many years. it is full of cold drinks and enough leftovers for two or three meals.
Thank you, Lord, for this oven that absoluteley must be cleaned today; It has baked so many things over the years.
The whole family is grateful for that tall grass. We all enjoy the yard. My kids are healthy and able to run and play.
Lord, the presence of all these chores awaiting me says You have richly blessed my family. I shall do them cheerfully and I shall do them gratefully.
Even though I clutch my blanket and growl when the alarm rings, Thank you, Lord, that I can hear. There are so many who are deaf.
Even though I keep my eyes closed against the morning light as long as possible, Thank you,
Lord, that I can see. Many are blind.
Even though I huddle in my bed and put off rising, Thank you, Lord, that I have the strength to rise. There are so many who are bedridden.
Even though the first hour of my day is hectic, when socks are lost, toast is burned and tempers are short, my children are so loud, Thank you, Lord, for my family. There are many who are lonely.
Even though our breakfast table never looks like the pictures in magazines and the menu is at times not balanced, there are so many who are jungry.
Even though the routine of my job is often monotonous, Thanks you, Lord, for the opportunity to work. There are many who have jo job.
Even though I grumble and bemoan my fate from day to day and wish my circumstances were not so modest.

Well I got ya a card and I hope you like it. This card is gonna be a part of a baby set. I used MS dsp, as well as paperstudio, my main card base is paperstudio and is cut 51/2x81/2 scored @41/4. Then i layered,crimped,punched,this card is for my 10 year old sons teacher who is due to have her little sweet pea in July, so congrats to Mrs.Gray,this will be her 1st, my son says she is such a nice teacher and he really likes her. I or we appreciate you, as well as all the teachers out there who are building a foundation for our childrens future, you have a really hard job and not appreciated enough. But I tried to keep it clean and the colors are the same as the babies room. I so hope she likes them as well as you all.The brads are paperstudio ribbon is offray, i used memento inks sanded the dry embossing to show up and added a pearl in the a of pea. God Bless my friends oh and the irises, these were a find in the woods by my house last spring down the ole dirt road trail, I just love that ole trail lots of memories, these are just so pretty and now they are a part of my flower garden and they thanked me for taking care of them with beautiful blooms, enjoy your day

I just hate when I don't have a card to post, but we are so busy in the house getting things painted new flooring and getting the flower beds so ready to show off, I have one heck of a flower bed, martha stewart would love it. a card and the little blue house

Well, I never got my pics from Boca Raton on here, but you probably don't want to see them anyway..But, I got this "big girl", doll house from my cousin which I fully intend on making a project for my blog, you know wallpaper, carpet,wood,curtains, all the possibilities that I can do incorporating my papercrafts and other things that I have to decorate it with I thought maybe I could get pointers have one day a week sat aside for creating my blue house, and I ain't no interior decorator by any means so Ill need some help out there,ideas, inspiration,you know some have their teapots, some have their little mouse friends, cats you name it so I got a blue house, maybe I can start the blue house challenge(hey why not??). It probably is crazy but Im gonna do it and hope I can get some input when I start, with all the inspiration I've seen on so many blogs, wowzee, oneday make a card then oneday we will fix wallpaper. I know we have it hard enough just keepin our on house,but its crafting not cleaning and ain't nobody gonna mess it up. So on to my card, I used pure luxury cs and embossed it with my cuttlebug,also added corner sashes,and I used a prima flower my first yea, used my cuttlebug for the ribbon tag and used the sentiment from stampin up bloomin botanicals(Ithink). I also stamped the butterfly on vellum cutit out it is embossed with ep brownie and then turned it over on the backside and colored, I also used my ms lace border punch and embossed part of it and then used my scorpal and added a line just for some more touch the other cs is paperstudio and last but not least I added some pearls to the top corners dimensions were added where needed outlined everything in goldleaf.Hope thats got it all and not to confusing I have been under the weather for about a week, got my Dad on my mind (he has lung cancer), say a prayer for him and me and also forgive the bad pics its very cloudy here and in the evening, the colors are soft and the dsp is pearlescent..God Bless

Oh my where does all these folks get their ideas, I ponder forever trying to think of something to make and I know I am capable, just full of it, inspiration I mean, hehe..Jut a little joke, and Im not to good at those(Im blonde), ok ok, yes Im rambling..I was looking around and decided to do a gatefold card, I did it a little different with the gatefold oppening in the other direction does that make sense, anyway it didn't work out quite like I wanted it to, but I worked so hard on it and I do like the image and I used my stampin up markers to color it, the picture doesn't show it but I also used pearlescent chalks as well, the image is Hero Arts and I just thought it was beautiful with all kinds of different colors that could be used and its easter appropriate, right? I used the sentiment from flourishes, signs of spring. I added a little hanging thingey not sure what to call it but I made it with a bead some wire and embrodiery thread added ribbon some pearls used my cuttlebug on the dsp I hope you all like it so sorry for the quick post, have a wonderful day and God Bless

I was just messing around today, and while I was working in my flower garden this little bee just kept buggin the crap out of me, so thats where I found my inspiration, and I was thinking about my friends as well good and bad times that we've been through isn't it wonderful to know that you've got good friends, that you can actually count on,trust and just be your friend, lifelong friends, so this one is for my special friends(sisters), I love u guys, and i have always appreciated our friendships. Now on to my card, this is a tent card 51/2x51/2 black being my main base by papertudio(luv it) the dsp is kandcompany and the colored cs is basic occassions, I used inkadinkado stamps for the image and sentiment stamped it with stazon black and the images is stamped in cherryred stazon added some shiny to all of it and a little bit of doodle here and there and some ribbon and for that little inspiration bee I used my cuttlebug also adding a little bit of shiny.Just a little quicky hope you like it..God Bless

Hootie this card is for you,I know that my dear friend probably will not see this, but just in case, Hootie you and your family are in our prayers, I could not imagine the loss you feel for Debra(her youngest daughter 42), you have had many worries and said a many prayers for Debra, she is now with our Lord and Savior safe at home where oneday you will see her smiling again, We love you all..The Robersons/Hayes Families..
Now with the card all the paper is paperstudio, i used D'Vine Swirl on the border,and wrapped with a see through onyxblack ribbon from Micheals,then I scored my base A2 base card with my scorpal above and below the border. I used signs of spring by flourishes and colored with pencils and oms stamping it first with stazon then added some shine with pebbles pearlescent chalks then used my butterfly punch added some glossy accents to stick them on some paperstudio pearls were added for their bodies, I used my cuttlebug to add corner sashes and basic occassions yellow brads, a personal sentiment was added to the inside and then highlighted with yellow and greens chalks and used my lace border punch, I think thats all, hope you like it, hopefully what little pics I got of my trip to Boca Raton so don't worry I want bore you with a million it rained alot so not many to look at,God Bless you my friends and have a wonderful day and hug you kids and tell them u luvem alot

Good grief it took me long enough, it just took me forever to figure this card out and why I don't know I just got so many other things going through my mind, with the trip and all, just in case you don't know, Im on my way to Boca Raton for 3or4 days, do Im excited, hadn't been out of town for a while now so Im so ready..Im so sorry it took so long for me to find some creativity, and Im not to certain I found it with this card I just wasn't completely satisfied,although I do love the colors, kandcompany is the dsp. which is always really pretty it can stand alone and just be pretty, I used my cuttlebug to emboss my main card base which is large 51/2 x 71/2, then i embossed the dsp as well,the image is stamped using memento angel pink and my stampin up markers were used on the leaves, I tried to stick with the color of my darkest paper with the ink on the flower but it was just to harsh, and with the boldness of the paper already I just didn't like it. I used stazon on the sentiment, popped it up added a corner sash from my cuttlebug added brads and a pearl, I also added the corner sashes on the dsp with brads and pearls, the border with the ribbon is just the flip side of the dsp. The main cardstock base is paperstudio, and I have to say I love their paper its just awesome and worth the price, the inside has butterfllies as well, i hope I covered it all, God Bless Stampers

I have tried all week to make a card, and for some reason I just haven't been able to pull it off..Its definitely not from lack of trying, Ive cut, embossed, stamped, you name it, I have done it. I think I need a vacation, and with that said, I'll be going to Boca Raton for a visit with my sweet cousin, on Tuesday mornin very early its about a 12 hour ride from my home to hers,just me and my hubby, can't wait. But I do hope to have a card made before I leave,how did this happen, with all the stuff I need right at hand and I can't seem to think creatively. Im beginnin to think the ole brain is fried..Anyway my friends, just got a mental block I'll be back at it soon and I so hope that my creative brain will reach outside the box, speaking of which I really want to make something using a box and cards, who knows we will see..God Bless you all and come back to visit and leave some love

Well Im not to sure about this one although I do like it, I used chalks and markers and my pencils for this one. I did some masking with the chicks, I absolutely love this set it has so many possibilities, I also added a brad to the basket just for a little added dimension, popped it up on dimensions and added ribbon, oh and the 1st layer is dry embossed, I hate to be short with this post, but I have worked on this card all day and am way behind on things that need to be done in the house, I hope you like it and have a blessed day

Oh my gosh, one day its snowing and the next your watching spring come alive. I just love daffodils i think thats what I will start collecting stamp wise, I just love the set from flourishes signs of spring, it so fits me. Anyway I usually have a beautiful flower bed in the spring and summer and I just love when I'm able to work in it, I even have tomatoes,peppers,etc. But buttercups,"daffodils is my favorite and believe it or not I didn't even plant any until this year and they bloomed I think Im gonna fill my flower bed full of them. They are so bright and cheerful, they make me smile when I look at them so heres some pics, and I hope they bring a smile to your face as well, aren't we so blessed by God. Im so grateful to our Father in Heaven without Him nothing would be possible. God Bless to you all

Wow its snowing here this morning, I know I read alot of blogs and quite a few are always talking about the snow and freezes that they are having to endure, but I will have to say this snow is quite welcome here, or so it is for my family. I looked out my craft room window and there were 16 red birds in my front yard, and they were just beautiful. It looks so clean and refreshing. God Bless
